Terms of Service

I hereby authorize Logix Insulated Concrete Forms Ltd. ("Logix") to list me as an ICF Experienced construction professional (installer, architect, designer or engineer) on Logix's online "ICF Pro-Link" ("Pro-Link"). I acknowledge that the continued listing of my name and contact information on Pro-Link is within the absolute discretion of Logix, and that the I may be removed from Pro-Link at any time without notice.

In consideration for being listed on Pro-Link, I agree:

1. that Logix and its successors, assigns, predecessors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties" shall not be liable to the me for any damages, including consequential or special damages, arising directly or indirectly from any work undertaken by me as a result of being listed on Pro-Link, including, but not limited to, the installation of any insulated concrete forms for any third party;
2. to release, remise, acquit and discharge the Released Parties from any claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or tort, at law or in equity, or by statute or otherwise, with respect to any death, injury, loss or damage to the me or my property, howsoever caused, in any way arising out of any work undertaken by me as a result of being listed on Pro-Link, including, but not limited to, the installation of any insulated concrete forms for any third party; and
3. to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, actions, demands, judgments, awards, declarations, orders, settlements, damages (including general, special, punitive, aggravated or exemplary damages), liabilities, losses, costs, charges, interest and expenses, or proceedings of any kind whatsoever which may be initiated or presented by any other persons, individuals or other legal entities, and which arise directly or indirectly as a result of any of the my acts or omissions, in respect of any work undertaken by me as a result of being listed on Pro-Link, including, but not limited to, the installation of any insulated concrete forms for any third party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the I agree to pay all costs, fees and expenses, on a solicitor and own client basis, which may be incurred by the Released Parties, relating to any of my acts or omissions, in relation to any work undertaken by the me as a result of being listed on Pro-Link.
